With a career that spans law, business, music, and entrepreneurship, William brings a unique and well-rounded perspective to legal practice, one that’s both commercially grounded and personally attuned to the needs of his clients.
Raised in the outer suburbs of Adelaide by an English father and a Vietnamese mother, William’s multicultural background and working-class roots have shaped his values of discipline, integrity, and authenticity. He holds multiple degrees, including a Master of Business Administration, Master of Music Studies, Bachelor of Laws & Legal Practice, and Bachelor of Business, and has been mentored by some of Australia’s most respected legal professionals, among them former partners of Minter Ellison, K&L Gates, Henry Davis York, and Corrs Chambers Westgarth.
William has acted for a wide range of clients, including private companies, not-for-profits, high-net-worth individuals, and entrepreneurs, advising on commercial transactions, corporate governance, structuring, capital raising, and risk management. His approach is pragmatic, detail-oriented, and solutions-focused.
